"Return was easy and refund was quick"
I had to return one outfit because the size just didn’t work for me, and I was a little worried at first, like returns can be such a hassle sometimes, but this one was simple. The pickup got arranged without too much back and forth, and I kept getting email updates, which helped. The refund came through a few days after they checked the item, so that was a relief. Oh, and I also exchanged another piece in the same order, and that went smoothly too. Overall, happy with how it all went...

"Had a bad feeling when the tracking stopped updating"
I kind of had a feeling this order wasn’t going to show up on time when the tracking barely changed for days, and sure enough, it arrived late. Not the worst experience ever, but the lack of updates made it frustrating

"Customer service did get back to me..."
Customer service did get back to me eventually, and they did help in the end, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. I kept getting vague promises like they’d “look into it” or “update me soon,” but then I had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. It would’ve been a lot better if they gave clearer updates without me having to keep asking.
